I DO like Mondays

Sunday evening arrives and it is time to prepare for the following day – the infamous Monday morning. When preparing the day before, we can – calmly – re-examine our scheduling for the week to come, prepare clothing for the following day and review any planned activities. By creating a special routine for Sunday evening, we can mentally and physically prepare for this special day. Why do we have to do this for Monday? Simply because Monday will set the tone for the remainder of the week.
