The founder
Leadership experience put to work for leaders.
Jean Laporte brings more than 40 years of management experience, including more than 15 years in coaching and consulting. His career includes leadership roles at Apple Canada, Fido, and Rogers.
That experience gives him a practical understanding of the realities leaders face: making important decisions, mobilizing teams, managing growth, and remaining accountable for results.
Today, Jean leads Groupe Laporte and works with leaders on strategic thinking, leadership development, and the decisions that matter to their organizations.
