Groupe Laporte · Executive Coaching

A confidential space for thinking at a higher level.

Individual support for business leaders, senior executives, and successors. Strengthen your leadership, refine your decision-making posture, and lead your teams with confidence.

The coaching

What very few people around a senior leader can actually offer.

Coaching gives you a neutral, demanding partner who is entirely on your side. Not someone who validates. Not someone with a stake in the outcome. Someone whose sole purpose is to help you see more clearly, think with greater discipline, and act with more conviction.

Together, you clarify challenges, test your options, and turn intentions into concrete action. The engagement can also address career management or a leadership role transition, depending on what you need.

This is not generic personal development coaching. It is serious work, on real leadership challenges, with someone who has held senior positions himself.

Who it's for

Three profiles that benefit from executive coaching.

Business Leaders

Presidents and business owners who carry strategic decisions on their own and need an independent space for reflection, outside the view of their team or board.

Senior Executives

Vice presidents and senior directors seeking to strengthen their leadership posture, increase their impact on their teams, or prepare for a more senior role.

Successors

Leaders in transition toward a more senior role, who need structured support to make the leap without losing what has made them effective to this point.

Areas of support

The challenges we work through together.

Leadership and decision-making posture

Clarifying how you make decisions, how you communicate, how you mobilize, and how you hold your team accountable — without losing their trust.

Difficult decisions

Testing a consequential decision in a space where you can be honest about what you do not yet know — before you need to appear certain in front of others.

Career management

Clarifying your trajectory, identifying what is holding you back, and making career decisions that align with both your ambitions and your personal reality.

Role transition

Navigating a change in responsibilities — promotion, acquisition, reorganization — with the clarity needed to establish yourself effectively in the new role.

What you gain

Grounding, not just reflection.

A clearer, more confident leadership posture

A personalized development plan, adapted to your reality

A thinking partner for your most consequential decisions
